I loved the way that Aiden started out charming and got progressively darker as the book continued (understandably so, given the events that took place). I’m trying to think of the best way to put my feelings about this book into more words than that and I’m struggling. I’ve felt all of the emotions and I’m drained. This book has me EMOTIONAL, okay? I spent the first 25% of the book grinning like a fool, the next 50% nervous and just completely absorbed in the tension between Riley and Aiden, and the last 25% crying.
